Suspension of lighting and lamps from steel cables is currently the most common solution dedicated to this type of installation. Rope installation is not only quick and easy to install, but also visually appealing. Rope installation also means that the work is completed up to six times faster. Every day of faster installation saves money and gets the job done much faster than before. With the current rise in material prices, this is not only faster, but also cheaper in terms of the price of the material itself.
Installation
Just fasten the supplied prefabricated steel wire sections to the ceiling – trapezoidal sheet metal – and then feed the other end of the wire through the gripper fitted in the stainless steel holder. The bracket is clipped into the light support rail and the mounting height is then adjusted by a clamp holding the wire rope. All this without the use of additional tools. The clamps allow infinite adjustment of the installation height. And there you have it, up to 6 times faster than a traditional installation without the use of cables.

Description
Depending on your needs we have different wire rope loads, the most common TR15 is 20 kg per rope, which we can use with a 2.5m spacing giving 8 kg/m of allowable load capacity. All this with a safety factor of 5:1, which means that our TR15 wire rope with a nominal working load of 20 kg will break during testing with a load of no less than 100 kg.
If we need higher loads, we also offer the TR20, i.e. 25 kg per cable, which at a spacing of 2.5 m gives us 10 kg/m nominal load for the suspension installation.
With work carried out in this way, we limit the number of components needed on site, as these are prefabricated lengths of cable. We have already carried out deliveries of prefabricated cables as long as 11 or 12 m. The installation itself is simply a matter of attaching one end of the rope with a loop around the construction element, and that’s it. Then it’s just a matter of passing the wire through the clamp, a quick adjustment and you’re done. No additional tools required.
